Customer under PCP finance

N2 Autocare carried work out for this customers car which was still under PCP finance which was 172 opal Astra, she was under the illusion that the car had to be maintained through the main opal dealer.

N2 Autocare carried work out for this customers car which was still under PCP finance which was 172 opal Astra, she was under the illusion that the car had to be maintained through the main opal dealer. When she contacted the main Opal Dealer and enquired about her annual car service she asked could she bring it to a garage of her choice, as she has always brought here previous cars to N2autocare. They looked at the contract and it did allow her bring it to a garage of her choice providing the garage used OE components and if this was the case it did not affect the manufactures warranty. We at N2Autocare only use OE approved oils, filtration and components which all traceable at out end. To the customers surprise on completion of this annual service we came in cheaper than the main Opel dealer.
